Member ID Not Found

Assistants may sometimes receive the Member ID Not Found error in PracticeQ. Here are some reasons for this error and how to address it.

Possible Reasons for Error

You may see this error if you are an assistant/admin AND:

  • You are managing a practitioner who does not have permission to access the client's timeline.
  • You are not managing the admin account.
  • You are sending a form to a client to whom your practitioner does not have access.
  • You are scheduling an appointment for a client to whom your practitioner does not have access.

You may see this error if you are a practitioner AND:

  • You are trying to view a form assigned to you but you do not have access to the client.
  • You are trying to view an appointment assigned to you but you do not have access to the client.

Address the Error

  • Ask the admin or practitioner to manually grant you or your practitioner access to the client. For instructions on how to do this, read Manage Client Access.
  • If you are assistant, check your profile in More → Team → Assistants and review which accounts you manage. It's ideal for assistants to manage the admin and book on the team calendar whenever possible.
