Add an Assistant
Add new assistants to PracticeQ in a few simple steps!
- Click More → Team; you will land in the Assistants tab by default.
- Click the Add New Assistant button.
- In the Add Assistant window that displays, complete the following:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Role (select Assistant)
- Select the practitioner accounts the assistant will manage, or click Select all.
- Click the Invite Assistant button.
- The assistant will receive an email invite that will prompt them to create their password.
Note: If you need to re-send an invite, you must first remove the assistant and re-add them.
