Add an Assistant

Add new assistants to PracticeQ in a few simple steps!

  1. Click More → Team; you will land in the Assistants tab by default.
  2. Click the Add New Assistant button.
  3. In the Add Assistant window that displays, complete the following:
    1. First and Last Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Role (select Assistant)
    4. Select the practitioner accounts the assistant will manage, or click Select all.
  4. Click the Invite Assistant button.
  5. The assistant will receive an email invite that will prompt them to create their password.

Note: If you need to re-send an invite, you must first remove the assistant and re-add them.
