Available Setting: Lock Notes Permanently

Would it benefit your practice to lock notes permanently? PracticeQ Support can remove the "Edit" button from your notes by request. 

Before you request this setting, please keep the following in mind:

• Once enabled, the Edit button will not be available.
• Once a note is locked, the action cannot be undone.
• If your practice decides to remove this setting, PracticeQ cannot unlock notes that were locked while it was in effect.
• If a note was locked prior to this setting being enabled, it can be unlocked once (this also applies to pinned notes). 
• If you need to make changes to a locked treatment note, you must replicate it and enter your changes.

About pinned notes:

• If your practice uses pinned notes, the pinned notes will also lock permanently. 
• If you wish to make changes to a pinned note, you must delete the pinned note and add it again.
