General Information
PracticeQ allows you to send 500 emails per day, per practitioner.
For example, a 3-practitioner practice can send up to 1500 emails per day.
PracticeQ Support cannot provide one-time or occasional exceptions to this limit.
If you need to send more emails than the limit allows, please add another practitioner slot to your account.
Add a Practitioner Slot
Click More → Subscription.
Scroll down to the Add Practitioner Slots heading.
Enter the number of slots you wish to add.
Click Add X Slots.
Once the new practitioner slot takes affect, the daily email limit will increase accordingly. The emails sent do not have to be evenly distributed amongst the practitioners.
For example, in a 2-practitioner practice, one practitioner can send 700 emails in a day and the other can send 300.
