Daily Email Limit

Learn more about the email limit for your PracticeQ account.

General Information

• PracticeQ allows you to send 500 emails per day, per practitioner. 
  • For example, a 3-practitioner practice can send up to 1500 emails per day.
• PracticeQ Support cannot provide one-time or occasional exceptions to this limit.
• If you need to send more emails than the limit allows, please add another practitioner slot to your account. 

Add a Practitioner Slot

• Click More → Subscription.
• Scroll down to the Add Practitioner Slots heading.
• Enter the number of slots you wish to add.
• Click Add X Slots.
• Once the new practitioner slot takes affect, the daily email limit will increase accordingly. The emails sent do not have to be evenly distributed amongst the practitioners. 
  • For example, in a 2-practitioner practice, one practitioner can send 700 emails in a day and the other can send 300.
