When a Client Unsubscribes from Emails

Every PracticeQ email includes an unsubscribe option.

When a client clicks the unsubscribe link, they will no longer receive the following communication:

• Scheduled emails, such as birthday emails
• Scheduled forms emails

An unsubscribed client will still receive the following communication:

• Sent Form emails
• Appointment Confirmation emails
• Appointment Reminder emails
• Journal emails
• New Message Notification emails (for client portal messages)
  • If clients wish to opt out of the portal notifications, then may do so while logged in to their portal.
