Sign and Access Your GDPR

Because IntakeQ has access to your clients’ Protected Health Information, it’s important to have a General Data Protection Regulation agreement, or a GDPR, on file.

• A GDPR is recommended if your practice is located in Canada or Europe.
• The GDPR outlines how both your practice and PracticeQ are responsible for protecting client health information in compliance with privacy laws. Click here to learn more about the GDPR.

Sign Your GDPR

1. Click More → Account. 
2. Select the GDPR tab. 
3. Enter your organization name, your full name, and your role in your organization. 
4. Check the required boxes and click Submit Signature. 

Once the GDPR has been signed, click Open at any time to review or download the document.
