ePrescribe: Update Client eRX Location

Good news - you can now update a client's eRX location directly in PracticeQ without needing to contact our Support Team for assistance!

Note: In order to use this feature, your user profile must have access to the necessary locations in eRX.

  1. Click Lists → Clients.
  2. Open the client profile.
  3. Click Edit on the top right corner of the profile.
  4. Scroll down to the eRX Practice Location field.
  5. Open the dropdown menu and select the correct location.
  6. Click Save on the top right corner of the profile.
