ePrescribe: Update Client eRX Location
Good news - you can now update a client's eRX location directly in PracticeQ without needing to contact our Support Team for assistance!
Note: In order to use this feature, your user profile must have access to the necessary locations in eRX.
- Click Lists → Clients.
- Open the client profile.
- Click Edit on the top right corner of the profile.
- Scroll down to the eRX Practice Location field.
- Open the dropdown menu and select the correct location.
- Click Save on the top right corner of the profile.
