TriZetto - Wrong Username or Password

Having trouble accessing TriZetto?

Error Message

  • If you receive the message below, you are most likely entering the incorrect SFTP credentials. 
  • Please keep in mind that the SFTP credentials are different than the credentials you enter to log in to the TriZetto portal.
  • Your TriZetto account must be active and in good standing for your credentials to work.

Steps to Resolve

  • If you have misplaced your SFTP password or need to change it for any other reason, please do so directly through TriZetto:
    • Phone: 1.866.252.4656 
    • Email: healthsystemsupport@cognizant.com

  • If you know your password but have been locked out temporarily, please wait 60 minutes before re-attempting login.
  • PracticeQ Support cannot enter the credentials on your behalf, nor can they unlock the account manually.
