Delete a Client

You may delete a client in PracticeQ if needed. If a client is deleted in error, you may fully restore them up to 14 days after deletion.

Delete a client

  1. Click Lists → Clients.
  2. Open the client's profile.
  3. Click the three dots icon on the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. In the Attention box, type the word DELETE to confirm.
  6. Click Yes, delete.

Restore a deleted client

We can only guarantee the restoration ability will be available for 14 days after deletion; however, it is possible you can restore a client for a longer period of time in some circumstances.

If you have permission to delete a client, or if you are the account administrator, you can restore a deleted client.

  1. Click Reports → Audit Trail.
  2. In the Action field, enter "deleted."
  3. Click Search.
  4. Locate the event in the report and click the restore client link.
