PracticeQ Payments: Reactivate Your Account

Do you need to reactivate your PracticeQ Pay account?

Why was our PracticeQ Pay account deactivated?

The following are possible (not all) reasons for account deactivation:

  • Your PracticeQ subscription lapsed
  • Your PracticeQ subscription was cancelled 
  • You switched your PracticeQ account to read-only
  • Your practice did not respond to risk hold/investigation

How can we reactivate our account?

Reach out to PracticeQ Support at hello@intake.com. Our team will:

  • Contact the backend processor.
  • Explain why your account was deactivated.
  • Give a timeline for your account reactivation. (This typically takes up to 3 business days.)
  • Provide the date you may resume payment processing. 

IMPORTANT: If your account has been deactivated for 30 days or more, it cannot be reactivated. In this case, the PracticeQ Support team will guide you through the process of re-applying for a merchant account.
