Place Consent Forms at the Bottom of an Intake Package

By default any consent forms you attach to an intake questionnaire will display at the top of your intake package. Move them to the bottom in a few easy steps.

1. Click My Forms and open the intake questionnaire you wish to edit.
2. Click the three dots icon and select Settings.
3. Check the box labeled Show consent forms at the bottom, instead of top.
