Add a Header to Your Treatment Notes

Treatment Notes are a powerful tool. PracticeQ wants them to cover all aspects of a client’s treatment progress, and we also want them to look great!

1. Click More → Settings.
2. Select the PDF Header tab.
3. Click Same as Web Header or Custom.
4. Check the box labeled Use this header in Treatment Notes as well.
5. Design your form header as you wish.

Your treatment notes will now display the custom header you designed.
