Not sure what the Daily Review option means? Here's how it works for Recalls and Review Requests.
What is the Daily Review?
Daily Review is a list of all clients eligible to receive a future message, such as a Review Request or Recall message.
Daily Review allows you to remove clients whom you do not wish to receive the message, then manually send the messages to the remaining clients.
Daily Review is ideal for practices who do not wish for their messages to send automatically, and would like to intervene before sending communication.
How does the Daily Review know who is "eligible" for a message?
Engage bases eligibility for Review Request messages on the settings you enter in Templates → Review Management.
Engage bases eligibility for Recall messages on the settings you enter in Templates → Patient Recall.
How do I turn on the Daily Review option?
For Recalls, click Patient Recalls → Settings and turn the Automated toggle OFF.
For Review Requests, click Review Management → Settings and select the Daily Review option.
What does the Daily Review look like?
The Recall Daily Review list displays each client's name, last visit date, the service they are due for, their phone number, and their email.
The Review Management Daily Review list displays each client's name, appointment (either their last or next visit, depending on the settings your practice enters), their phone number and their email.
The Phone Number and/or Email columns will show as (disabled)if your practice has not enabled them using the Contact Method checkboxes in Templates → Patient Recall or Templates → Review Management.
How do I remove clients from the Daily Review list?
Each name on the Daily Review list will display a red X.
To remove the client from the list, click the red X next to their name.
A red strikethrough will show over the client's name.
When your list reflects only the clients you want to receive the message, click Confirm and Send or Send Recall Request.
