AI Form Builder: Monthly Limits

The AI Form Builder is included with every IntakeQ/PracticeQ subscription—at no additional cost! Learn how publication limits work.

Publication Limits

  • Your subscription includes up to 25 AI-generated form publications each month.
  • The 25-form limit starts on the first day of each month; it is not tied to your billing cycle.
  • You may edit AI-generated drafts as many times as you wish while in draft view prior to publishing. A form will only count towards your 25-form limit once you click Publish and add it to your collection.

IMPORTANT: Once an AI-generated form has been published, it counts toward your monthly publication limit—even if you later delete the form.

Check Your Usage

IMPORTANT: Only users with an Admin Role can access to the AI Form usage within the practice.

  • Click More → Subscription.
  • Scroll down to the AI Form Builder heading
  • A status bar will show how many AI forms have been published and how many days remain in the current month.

Need more publications?

  • Your administrator can click Add AI Form Credits to purchase an add-on pack.
  • The Add-On Pack costs $10 and includes 20 additional AI form publications.
  • Any unused add-on publications automatically roll over into future months until they are used.
