NEW: Insurance Badges on Payer List
Know your payer status at a glance with PracticeQ’s new payer badges!
To follow the steps below, you must have the Insurance Claims feature enabled in More → Settings → Features. The Insurance Claims feature is available in the United States only.
Find the new feature
- Click Lists → Claims → Claim Settings, and select the Payers tab.
- Each payer on your Payer List will now display an In Network or Out of Network badge for easy reference.
- The badges will appear under a new Status column.
When will a payer show as Out of Network?
- A payer will display as Out of Network when the box labeled I'm an out-of-network provider with this payer (send payments to client) is checked in the Payer's settings.
