Adjusting the Date & Phone Number Format (Culture Setting)

Different cultures display date formats differently, and also have differing lengths of phone numbers. IntakeQ allows you to set your date and phone number format according to your country and culture.

To change the culture setting on your account, follow these steps.

1. Click "More > Account".
2. Under the option "Culture", choose from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia.
3. Click the "Save" button.

This will affect all of your forms and the information on a client's profile.
