Adding Attachments and Signatures to Existing Notes

Ideally, your note templates should have all the fields you need before you create a client note, but sometimes you may need to add a file or a signature to an existing note that didn't have those fields when it was created.

To solve that problem, IntakeQ lets you add signatures and files to existing client notes. Follow the steps below to add one of these items to a note:

  1. Make sure the note is unlocked.
  2. Decide where you want to add the new item.
  3. On the block that is above your desired location, click on the "+" button (screenshot below).
  4. Select the type of item you want to add (attachment, signature or text box).
