Vanity URLs are a type of custom URL that exist to help users remember and find a page. It's also a way to add your brand to a given web address.

Here's an example of a common URL: https://intakeq.com/booking/4593743

Now here's an example of a vanity URL: https://melissa.intakeq.com/booking

IntakeQ allows you to set up a base Vanity URL that will be used for your public IntakeQ assets, like the secure client portal, booking page, etc.

How to Set Up Your Vanity URL

You can change your vanity URL without breaking your current links. Let's see how to set your vanity URL:

1. Using the admin account, navigate "More > Account".
2. Scroll down to the "Vanity URL" section.
3. Check the box "Enable Vanity URL".
4. Enter the desired name in the "Vanity Name" field.

Now your booking page and messaging portal will have a URL that is more recognizable to your clients.
