How to Resend a Client Portal Invitation

To resend a client invitation to your secure client portal, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to your messaging dashboard by clicking on the speech bubble icon on the top menu bar.
2. Select the client on the left panel (you should see the status "Invitation Pending" under the client name).
3. Click on the round button "..." located at the top right corner of the page and select "Resend Invitation".
