How to Revoke Access to the Client Portal

If for any reason you don't want a client to access your secure client portal, you can follow the steps below to revoke their access:

  1. Click on the speech bubble icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Select the client on the left side bar.
  3. Click on the round button "..." located at the top right corner of the page and select "Revoke Access".

This will disable the channel and prevent the client from accessing it, but you will still have access to the message history.
