Revoke Access to the Client Portal

If you do not wish for a client to access your secure client portal, you can revoke their access.

  1. From the home page, click the speech bubble icon.
  2. Select the client from the left side bar.
  3. Click the three dots icon on the top right and select Revoke Client Access.

This will disable the channel and prevent the client from accessing it while still allowing you access to the message history.
