Deactivate a Practitioner's Account
If you wish to revoke access for a practitioner, but still want to keep their historical data (forms, notes, appointments), you can deactivate their account instead of deleting it.
Notes:
- Once the account is deactivated, the practitioner will not be able to log in to PracticeQ. However, the main administrator will still be able to switch to their account by going to More → Team → Practitioners and clicking the Switch link.
- When you deactivate a practitioner, you continue to pay for the practitioner slot they occupied. Read how to Remove a Practitioner Slot here.
Deactivate a Practitioner
- Click More → Team.
- Select the Practitioners tab.
- Locate the practitioner in the list and click Edit.
- Click the Deactivate button.
- Click Yes to confirm.
