How to Deactivate a Practitioner's Account

In case you want to revoke access from a practitioner but still want to keep their historical data (forms, notes, appointments), you should disable their account as opposed to deleting it.

To disable a practitioner's account follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to "More > Team > Practitioners".
  2. Locate the practitioner in the list and click on "Edit".
  3. Click on the "Deactivate" button and confirm this change.

Once the account is deactivated, the practitioner will not be able to log in anymore, however, the main administrator will be able to switch to their account by going to "More > Team > Practitioners" and clicking on the "Switch" link.

This doesn't stop payment for the practitioner slot, you'll need to remove it under "More > Subscription" to adjust your subscription price if the slot is no longer needed.
