Appointment Rescheduling Policy

IntakeQ allows you to indicate how far in advance a client is allowed to reschedule an appointment. This setting is separate from the cancellation policy, in case you want to be more flexible with last minute changes.

To set up the rescheduling policy, navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings > Settings" and change the field indicated in the image below.

The rescheduling policy setting applies to the entire clinic, so it can only be changed in the admin account.
