Appointment Rescheduling Policy

Choose how far in advance a client is allowed to reschedule an appointment. The reschedule setting is separate from the cancellation policy, in case you want to be more flexible with last minute changes.

Set up your rescheduling policy:

  1. Click Bookings → Booking Settings.
  2. Select the Settings tab. 
  3. Scroll down to the Online Rescheduling heading and enter your desired setting.

Note: The Online Rescheduling setting applies to the entire clinic, so it can only be changed in the admin account.
