Deactivating Forms

IntakeQ allows you to deactivate forms as an alternative to deleting them, that way you can retain specific forms but signify that they are no longer being used. The video below will show how this is done on the "My Forms" screen.

Deactivated forms will not show up in the form dropdown list in the "Send Form" dialog. Your clients will also not be able to access them using a public link, in case the form was posted on your website.
