Form Intro
The "Form Intro" field allows you to add any formatted text to the very top of your forms. Since it supports HTML, you can have richly formatted text, including links, images, and embedded videos. It's perfect for welcome messages and instructions.
Unlike the "Section/Note" question type, which also allows you to add rich text to your forms, the Form Intro is placed on top of any other content, with the exception of the form header.
To edit the form intro follow the steps below:
- Select the form you want to edit under the "My Forms" menu.
- Click on "... > Settings" and open the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down to find the "Form Intro" text editor.
Note that you can use the following placeholders in the Form Intro: [ClientName], [ClientFirstName] and [PractitionerName]. Placeholders will be replaced with the appropriate data once the client logs into the form.
