Fax Covers

IntakeQ offers you the ability to create multiple fax covers that can be added to the front of faxed documents. Having multiple covers allows you to select the appropriate cover for each situation. Fax covers are useful for adding HIPAA disclaimers, instructions or any context information that could be useful to the recipient.

To manage your fax covers navigate to "More > Fax > Fax Covers". Here you can add, edit and delete your covers. A fax cover can be richly formatted and even include images.

When sending out a fax, you will have the ability to pick a cover, and even add text that is only applicable for that particular fax.

Please note that since the cover will generate an additional page, it will consume an extra fax credit when used.
