Client Portal Autoresponder & Welcome Message
Setting up an autoresponder is useful for when you are leaving for holidays/vacation and want to inform clients who message you that the office is closed and when they should expect a reply. As the name implies, the autoresponder will automatically reply to a client when they send you a message.
To enable the autoresponder, follow the steps below:
- Click on the speech bubble icon in the top menu to access the client portal.
- Click the "Settings" button in the top right corner of this page.
- Navigate to the "Autoresponder" tab, and check the "Enable Autoresponder" box.
As you can see in the image above, you should specify the date interval which the autoresponder will be active for. This allows you to set it all up in advance. You can also customize the text that will be sent to your clients via email.
You can also set a welcome message that new clients who register or are invited to your portal will receive on their first portal login.
