Secure Client Portal Autoresponder
Set up an autoresponder for when you are out of the office for holidays/vacation. This will inform clients who message you that the office is closed and when they should expect a reply.
The autoresponder will automatically reply to a client when they send a message in the client portal.
- Click the speech bubble icon in the top menu.
- Click the Settings button on the top right.
- Select the Other tab.
- Check the Enable Autoresponder box.
- Specify the date interval for which the autoresponder will be active. This allows you to set it up in advance.
- Customize the text that will send to your clients via email.
