Secure Client Portal Autoresponder

Set up an autoresponder for when you are out of the office for holidays/vacation. This will inform clients who message you that the office is closed and when they should expect a reply. 

The autoresponder will automatically reply to a client when they send a message in the client portal.

  1. Click the speech bubble icon in the top menu.
  2. Click the Settings button on the top right.
  3. Select the Other tab.
  4. Check the Enable Autoresponder box.
  5. Specify the date interval for which the autoresponder will be active. This allows you to set it up in advance. 
  6. Customize the text that will send to your clients via email.
