Enable Color-Coded Services In Your Calendar

By default, IntakeQ colors calendar appointments based on their status, but many users prefer to color them based on services.

In order to enable color-coded services in your calendar, navigate to "Bookings" and click on the "Options" dropdown located on the right beside the calendar. In the dropdown select the option "Color by > Service".

Once that is enabled, you should go to your booking settings and choose a color for each service. To accomplish this, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings" and go to the "Services" tab.
2. For each service, click on "Edit", open the "Advanced" tab and choose a color from the dropdown (see image below).
