Service with Multiple Prices

In a multi-practitioner or multi-location organization, you may have a single service that has a different price for each practitioner or location. Instead of creating duplicated services for each price variation, IntakeQ lets you specify the pricing based on location and/or practitioner.

Setting Up Multiple Prices

In order to set up pricing variations, follow the steps below: 

1. Navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings > Services".
2. Locate the desired service and click on "Edit".
3. Open the "Pricing" tab.
4. Click on "Add Custom Price", select a practitioner and/or location, and add a price variation.

You only need to add prices for locations/practitioners whose price is different from the service default. In case there are conflicting entries, IntakeQ will first try to match the practitioner and location, then practitioner, and then location.

If you use IntakeQ's booking widget to let your clients book appointments, it's recommended that you also change the navigation order so that clients choose a practitioner before seeing the services.
