Transfer an Intake Questionnaire to Another Practitioner

In a clinic setting, it’s possible to transfer a client intake to another practitioner.

To transfer an intake, open the submitted client intake and click on "More > Transfer" as shown below:

Then, select the practitioner you want to transfer the intake to.
