How to Share Form Templates
Do you know other professionals using IntakeQ that you'd like to share your form templates with?
NOTE: Most custom settings on form templates will copy over when you share templates. This means that any custom headers, email messages, etc. that may be customized for a specific business will be copied over, thus needing to be edited or removed afterwards they are imported into the new account.
Our system allows you to do this very easily, simply follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "My Forms".
- Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner (beside "Standard Forms").
- Select "Share Forms" from the dropdown menu.
- A prompt will appear that will allow you to specify the recipient, add a note, and select which form templates you'd like to share (see below). Fill it in and click "Share".
- The final step is for the receiver to check for the email and then click the "Import Forms".
