Share Form Templates

Share your form templates with other professionals who use PracticeQ!

Note: Most custom settings on form templates will copy over when you share templates. This means that any business-specific customized headers, logos, and email messages will be copied over. These customizations will need to be edited or removed once they are imported into the new account.

1. Click My Forms.
2. Click the three dots icon on the top right corner of the My Forms page.
3. Select Share Forms.
4. In the window that displays, enter the Recipient Name and Recipient Email, add a Note, and select the form templates you would like to share. 
5. Click Share.
6. The receiving provider will need to check for the email and click Import Forms.
