View Your Questionnaire Analytics

PracticeQ has built-in analytics for your questionnaire forms, allowing you to analyze the data received from clients on a per-form basis.

1. Click Reports → Questionnaires.
2. Open the dropdown menu to the right of Questionnaire Analytics and select a form.
3. Set the date range by clicking on the date in the upper right bar.
4. You will now be presented with the analytics for the questionnaire you selected during the date range specified.
