Accept Gratuity Payments
Some clients would like to add a gratuity (tip) to their payment. PracticeQ's invoicing system has an option to allow clients to add a bonus/tip on top of the required fee.
Allow Tips for All Invoices
- Click Lists → Invoices → Invoice Settings.
- Select the Defaults tab.
- Check the box labeled Allow Tips.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: When you enable the tip setting, only invoices created from that point on will have the gratuity option. It does not impact already created invoices.
Allow Tips on a Single Invoice
- Click Lists → Invoices.
- Open the invoice.
- Click Action → Edit Invoice.
- In the lower left corner, select Options.
- Check the box labeled Allow Tips.
