Share Credit Cards Between Clients

Easily share credit card information between clients in the same family.

When cards are shared between clients, existing cards for the client you are sharing with will be removed. This is an ongoing link, so anytime there are credit card updates on the "main" client, it will update the cards for the other profile(s) with which you shared the card.

Share a Credit Card Between Clients

1. Click Lists → Clients and select the client that has the credit card stored on their profile.
2. Select the Cards tab of their profile.
3. Next to Add Credit Card click the three dots icon and select Share with....
4. Type in the name of the client with whom you want to share the credit card details.

Once this is complete you will be able to use the credit card to process payments for the new client.

Unshare/Unlink Clients

1. Click Lists → Clients and select the client who needs the credit card removed from their profile.
2. Select the Cards tab of their profile.
3. Click the three dots icon and select Unlink from Payment Provider.
