IntakeQ Forms on a Chromebook or Touchscreen Device

If you wish to use IntakeQ in your office to complete forms on a Chromebook or similar touchscreen device using the Chrome web browser, make the following adjustments so our forms work properly.

1. Open the default Chrome web browser.
2. Copy and paste the following into the address bar, and hit enter on your keyboard: chrome://flags/#touch-events
3. On the screen that follows, change the "Touch Events API" option (it may be called something different on your device, but should be at the top) from "Disabled" to "Automatic".
4. Your browser will need to be restarted for the change to take effect, once it does IntakeQ form functionality will work as intended.

An alternative to making this adjustment is to use a different web browser if possible, though we do typically suggest using Chrome in our system.
