Unlock a Client Portal Account Due to Failed Login Attempts
For security reasons, PracticeQ locks a client's secure portal account after five failed login attempts. If this happens to one of your clients, use the steps below to unlock their account.
- From the home page, click the speech bubble icon.
- Select the client that has been locked out from the list on the left.
- Within the client's messaging channel, you will see an exclamation mark next to their name.
- Click Click here to unlock to unlock the channel.
- We recommend that the client click the Forgot my Password option on the portal login screen to reset their password.
