Hide a Service in the Booking Widget

Sometimes you may offer a service but not want to allow clients to schedule it themselves in your booking widget. IntakeQ's booking system allows you to hide specific services so you can only book them manually from the back-end calendar.

To hide a service in the booking widget, follow the steps below:

Navigate to "Bookings" and click on the "Booking Settings" button in the upper right corner.
Go to the "Services" tab and click "Edit" beside the service/package you'd like to hide.
Go to the "Advanced" tab in the service editing dialog and you'll see the option to hide the service, labelled "Hidden Service".
