Change the Account Owner/Administrator
When you sign up for PracticeQ, you create an Administrator account that "owns" the account and controls the team of assistants and practitioners. If you need to change the individual in this role, it can be done by the current administrator.
- While logged in as the Administrator, click More → Account.
- Select the My Account tab.
- Enter a new name for the account.
- Look for the Account Credentials section and click the link labeled Change Email.
- Enter the new email twice and click Save.
- The login email for the admin account will update. The new administrator may want to change their password; we suggest using our password recovery page to do this: https://intakeq.com/Recovery
Note: The owner/administrator is the individual who has legal rights to the entire account and is in control of the subscription plan.
