Create Multiple Claims for a Single Appointment

PracticeQ allows you to create multiple insurance claims from a single appointment. This can be useful if there are multiple clients in one appointment and you need to file separate insurance claims for each client.

1. Use the steps in this article to create your claim: Create a Claim.
2. Create your first claim, selecting the appointment from the Which sessions are you creating this claim for?
3. For the next claim, select Show appointments with previous claims. This will allow you to select the appointment again, enabling you to create multiple claims.

PracticeQ will show you the claim already associated with the appointment in parenthesis.
