Creating Multiple Claims from a Single Appointment

IntakeQ's claims system allows you to create multiple insurance claims from a single appointment. This can be useful if there are multiple clients in one appointment and you need to file separate insurance claims for each client.

You'll need to be familiar with creating claims, which you can find explained in the "Creating a Claim" section of the following article: Creating a Claim (CMS 1500 Form)

During the claim creation process, you're asked to select an appointment to generate the claim from, this is where you're able to select appointments that already have a claim created for them (see the screenshot below).

Clicking "Show appointments with previous claims" will allow you to select one of those appointments to create multiple claims as needed.
