Replicating Treatment Notes

Within IntakeQ you can add treatment notes to a client's timeline, which allows you to leave notes and information accessible from their profile. In certain circumstances you may want to replicate a note and make adjustments to it, which can save time so you don't have to re-enter all of the original note's information again.

To replicate a treatment note that was previously added to a client's timeline, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the client in question by searching or using the client list at "Lists > Clients".
2. Find the treatment note in the timeline on the left, and click to open it.
3. With the treatment note open, on the right click "More > Replicate".

   

4. Enter the name of the client you'd like to replicate the note to (can be the same client or a different one), and click "Replicate Note".
