Message Snippets

When communicating with your clients via the Client Portal, you may want to reuse certain standard messages to save time and increase your productivity. IntakeQ gives you an easy way to manage a collection of messages (snippets) that can be quickly added to the message editor.

How It Works

When composing a message to a client, you will see a lighting icon at the top right corner of the text box. This will open your list of snippets to select from.

Managing Message Snippets

You can access your message snippets by going to your Portal Settings and clicking the "Message Snippets" tab on the right. 

or can also, click the lightning icon like above, then click on Manage Snippets to go to the snippet management page.
