Treatment Note Dictation in Chrome

PracticeQ supports dictation in a specific question type of treatment note templates, only when using the Google Chrome web browser on a Windows PC, Mac, or Android device.

This feature is not managed by IntakeQ, it's using Google's Chrome dictation. If you need any assistance with it, please contact Google.

To enable dictation in your note template, add an "Open Answer" question and enable the option "Provide multiple lines for answer" as shown below:

When making a note on a client's timeline, you'll see the ability to activate dictation in the upper-right corner of the question box:

Note: You may be asked to give permission for your browser to access your microphone, this has to be allowed for this feature to work. If the feature is not working, it's most likely that the mic is disabled in your browser, or not set up correctly on your device.
