Restore Deleted Clients

If you delete a client from your PracticeQ account in error, you can restore them from your accounts audit trail.

  1. Log in as an account administrator.
  2. Click Reports → Audit Trail.
  3. Apply the following search filters:
  4. Object Type: Client
  5. Action: deleted
  6. Date: Adjust for the date period needed
  7. Click Search.
  8. You will see a restore client link next to each deleted client on the list. Click the link and the client will be restored immediately.
