Restore Deleted Clients
If you delete a client from your PracticeQ account in error, you can restore them from your accounts audit trail.
- Log in as an account administrator.
- Click Reports → Audit Trail.
- Apply the following search filters:
- Object Type: Client
- Action: deleted
- Date: Adjust for the date period needed
- Click Search.
- You will see a restore client link next to each deleted client on the list. Click the link and the client will be restored immediately.
