Choose Your Default Form Delivery Method

By default, PracticeQ sends forms to clients via email. However, we support SMS as well; choose your default delivery method!

1. Click More → Settings.
2. Select the Settings tab from the menu on the left.
3. Scroll down the the Other Settings heading.
4. Make your selection from the Default Form Delivery dropdown menu.
5. Repeat the process for each practitioner on your account.

Note: This simply sets the default; you may send forms however you would like on a case-by-case basis.
