Disable Messaging in the Client Portal

At times your practice will want to prevent clients from sending portal messages while keeping the portal functional. PracticeQ allows you to do this!

  1. From the home page, click the speech bubble icon.
  2. Click the Settings button on the top right.
  3. Select the Other tab.
  4. Under the Messaging heading, check Disable client ability to send messages.
  5. Click Save.

Simply uncheck the box when you want to reactivate messaging for clients.
