Invoice Notifications

If you use PracticeQ to process payments automatically, it's important to know if those payments have processed successfully or not. 

  • PracticeQ offers notifications that will send you an email when:
    • An invoice is paid 
    • An auto-charges fails 
    • A client doesn't have a card on file for the auto-charge
    • An ACH payment is rejected

Enable Notifications

  1. Click More → Settings → Notifications
  2. Scroll to the Invoice Notifications section.
  3. Make your selections.
  4. Click Save.
