Invoice Notifications
If you're using IntakeQ to process payments automatically for appointments or invoices, it's important to know if those payments have processed successfully or not. We offer notifications that will send you an email when an invoice is paid, when an auto-charges fails, or when the client doesn't have a card on file and the auto-charge cannot be processed due to that.
Each user on your team can enable these notifications, they are under "More > Settings > Notifications". You're looking for the "Invoice Notifications" section as shown below, there are a few options you can enable as you'd like.
